Refund Policy

Cene LLC provides creative and marketing services across photography, video, social media management, advertising, website development, branding, and Business Bundle packages. Because our work begins as soon as payment is received, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds

All payments made to Cene are non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Social Media Memberships
  • Website Development and Hosting
  • Advertising and Campaign Management
  • Branding and Design Services
  • Photo and Video Production
  • Business Bundle Packages
  • One-Time Projects and Consulting Services

Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued, even if a project is later canceled or paused by the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Our ability to deliver depends on timely communication and approvals. If a client delays a project by not providing materials such as copy, photos, or feedback, that does not qualify for a refund or partial credit.

Delays caused by the client may also extend turnaround times or publishing schedules.

3. Project Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel a service or project for any reason, all payments already made will be retained by Cene. This includes work that may be partially completed or in progress.

4. Marketing Performance

Marketing, advertising, and lead generation involve variables beyond our control. While we work hard to deliver strong results, Cene does not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales, leads, or conversions. Refunds are not provided based on campaign performance or subjective satisfaction.

5. Payment Disputes

Any payment disputes or chargebacks will immediately pause all active projects and services until the issue is resolved. Cene reserves the right to terminate service for clients who initiate chargebacks or disputes without prior communication.

6. Exceptions

Because every project is custom and service-based, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance. However, if you believe an error has been made with your billing, please contact us directly at info@makeacene.com and we will review your situation promptly.
