Graphic Design Membership At A Glance

What is the turnaround time on designs?
Design requests are categorized as small, medium or large. Small requests are delivered in 2-3 days. Medium requests are delivered in 4-5 days. Large requests are delivered in 6-7 days. Extra Large projects are custom quoted. We're proud to have local, in house designers, turn around times are subject to vary based on demand.
Who creates the designs?
This is what makes our business unique. Our designers are in house team members throughout the Shoals area. When joining, you will be introduced to your designer and establish a direct line of communication.
What does "unlimited graphic design" mean
Members are welcome to put in as many requests as you'd like. You designer will fulfill one request at a time based on the que you set.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Revisions are unlimited too. We're part of your team so we're here to get the job done right.
Greater than 5 page designs
Your membership covers all designs that are less than 5 pages. For items such as a longer brochure, we will custom quote a project price, then apply a 30% discount.
How does the design que work?
Design requests are fulfilled one at a time based on the order of your queue. Members are welcome to organize their queue based on priority.
